At TVOUTLET.CA, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every electronics purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories and manuals included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the device to ensure it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
